Worldmark Timeshare Memberships for Sale/Rent

Background: We used to travel a lot, staying in Worldmark whenever possible (good combination of luxury and price).   Donations of credits or vacations to tax-deductible organizations whose beliefs are compatible will be considered (email inquiries).

Yellowstone National Park has been a top tourist destination since its opening in 1872. And your WorldMark West Yellowstone is the perfect location for seeing the park’s hundreds of geysers (including the world-famous Old Faithful), pools of boiling mud, and an amazing assembly of wildlife, such as bears, wolves, bison, and elk. Yellowstone’s west entrance is just one block from the resort.

While the national park is certainly its top draw, West Yellowstone (pop. 1,177) is also an ideal location for skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. The area’s backcountry and telemark skiing is considered tops in the nation. You can also discover the town’s gift shops, galleries, and specialty stores, and take in a show at the Playmill Theatre downtown.  For inquisitive minds, there are two museums that should not be missed. History buffs should head to the Museum of the Yellowstone, which depicts the area’s early days. And The Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center—right across the street from your resort—gives you the chance to learn about these animals up close and personal.

Worldmark Ownership basics (more details)
WorldMark credits are a vacation currency that you own. The number of credits you purchase is deposited annually into a WorldMark account to spend as YOU chose.  WorldMark credits give you ultimate flexibility. You don’t own in a particular season, in a particular unit or at a single resort. You own them all! All resort locations (more than 50 currently), everything from a studio to a four-bedroom penthouse. Nearby or far away. By the ocean, mountains, lakes or the desert. Small enough or big enough to fit whatever lifestyle you’re living today! Single? Couple? Small family? Large family? Grandparents? Empty nesters? WorldMark has the perfect vacation for you.  Most WorldMark resorts are within a 2- to 5-hour drive of the metropolitan areas where WorldMark by Wyndham markets. These areas include Seattle and Portland as well as several cities in California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, and British Columbia, Canada. Bonus Time
An Owner favorite! Bonus Time allows Owners to pick up any available units or last-minute cancellations 14 days prior to arrival for a nominal fee.  Inventory specials may also be available up to 2 months in advance for accomodations that aren't anticipated to be booked normally.  Bonus and specials allow very inexpensive (typically under $50) accomodations while keeping credits for longer stays that can be booked up to 13 months in advance.

 

 

10,000 credits are added to the account each January, with current 2014 booking of 13,00 credits, and 14,500 (+10,000 borrowed) available for bookings  ($146.20/quarter).

Price: $8,000 + $150 transfer fee

 

12,000 credits are added to the account each March, , with current 2014 booking of 13,000 credits, with 23,500 available (plus 12,000 to borrow) for bookings ($180.79/quarter).

A very desirable 1-week reservation have been made for a Yellowstone 2-bedroom unit that sleeps 6 (using 13,000 credits) starting Sunday, June 29, 2014. This reservation may be kept or can be used for different reservations.
